• Integrate with DTCC’s Alert and CTM to ensure Straight Through Processing (STP).
• Analyze existing workflows and suggest Improvements in existing processes/systems to realize time and cost savings.
• Prepare and assist in filing of various regulatory files such as Form 13F, 13H and Form PF
• Look for ways to automate and make process repeatable and error free.
• Prepare reports and co-lead the semi-annual Best Execution Committee Meetings.
• Monitor, reconcile and request proxy votes from Portfolio Managers/CEO utilizing Proxyedge and Broadridge’s OMS.
• Assist/Create/Test compliance rules within OMS to monitor client agreement investment guidelines (i.e. LPA/IAAs around concentration limits, long only trading etc.).
• Maintain Approved Executing Broker List, obtaining approval from CCO for any new executing broker relationships.
• Assist in establishing new executing broker relationships, ad hoc, and opening DVP accounts for all RCH clients.
• Assist with annual financial statement audit testing as it relates to transaction testing by Deloitte & Touché out of OMS (i.e. export of transactions and upload to Deloitte’s client portal).
• Maintain technology platforms such as OMS, PMS, EMS, Risk Management, Reference Date and Reporting.
• Work with Broadridge suite, Advent Geneva, Portfolio Master, and Bloomberg.
• Work with SQL Server, MS Access.
• Code in C#, VBScript, SSIS and SSRS. Work with Bloomberg and Reuters DSS.
